(5). European Union refund policy
EU Refund Policy Subject to EU consumer protection regulations, the Customer has the right to unconditionally cancel the order and request a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the customer's original payment and processed and all refunds will be made within the specified timeframe.
(6). Tax compliance
In accordance with European Union Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations, all applicable tax terms will be clearly indicated during the customer's purchase process. For customers within the European Union, prices will include VAT and will be adjusted according to the tax rate in the customer's country.

The prices we offer are in euros (EUR), and payments in other currencies will be converted according to the exchange rate of the day. The final transaction amount will be clearly displayed when the customer pays,

We comply with European Union consumer protection laws and provide appropriate protection to consumers. If customers encounter any problems during the purchase process, we promise to deal with them within a reasonable time and provide appropriate compensation or refund.
